If you are purchasing the full part of any of our apps, and facing any difficulty in installing or unlocking, this page may help you.

1. Use Android device to install the app (Not Windows, not Apple)
   
2. If you have previously installed the same app from google play store, please uninstall it.
   
3. Click on the link which you have received from us. (NOT google play)
   
4. In this case you need to click ‘DOWNLOAD’ button

4. You may have to choose ‘Package installer’ OR ‘Google Drive’
   
5. You need to give the permission. Typically it asks for ‘install from unknown source’
   
6. After installation an icon will get created. Click on it and open.
   
7.  On the screen you will find a unique number. Please SEND this to us.
   
8. Once the amount is transferred, we generate the password and send it to you.
   
9. You have to again open the app, click on ‘I have password’ and enter the password which we have sent.
